One of the friendliest fashionistas you'll ever encounter, Lucy O' has been accessorizing since the day she took her tooth fairy money and bought red rubber boots to match her lady bug umbrella at age 6. She doodled cool outfits in many-a-notebook throughout her high school years. And now, a budding designer, art student and an assistant buyer at one of NYC's hippest boutiques, Lucy is following a dream to develop her very own brand.

I loooove going running in Central Park late on Saturday mornings (when I don't have to work) and then grabbing brunch with girlfriends afterward. Shoe shopping is also at the top of my list.

Why I love my job:

There is so much potential, because fashion is always changing and evolving. It's exciting to wonder what's around the next corner when it comes to trends, and it's even more exciting to know I am a part of those trends now and might even help set a few myself!
